Fredericksburg City United (FCU) was founded in 2014 by Claude Maheshe with the mission of helping young players in our community who are out of high school and college to stay active and give them an opportunity of achieving their goals. The vision is to provide high-quality training and grooming for aspiring young footballers to mature in the game and play at a high-level. FCU is here to help our young soccer players by giving them a safe environment to continue doing what they love. FCU competes in Eastern Premier Soccer League(EPSL)

Claude Maheshe
Claude is the Founder & President of FCU and chairs the day-to-day leadership of the team and development of the overall strategic and growth strategy for the club that includes sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing, brand and community, social impact and investor relationships. Douglas Boateng
Doug Boateng, "Coach Doug" starts his 2nd season with FCU as the club's Technical Director. Doug brings a great deal of experience having played at the collegeate and professional levels. Eric Keeler
Over the past 30 years, Eric has worked in local government working on project management, fiscal affairs, public policy development and implementation along with nonprofit partners. He has served on numerous boards and commission at the local and national level both related to work and his personal life. He has been involved with youth soccer in the Fredericksburg Area for the last 15 years both coaching and serving on boards. Currently is the Head Coach for James Monroe Boys Soccer, is a member of the Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation Commission and a board member of the National Community Development Association. Cecelia “Cece” Reid-Perry
Mrs. Cecelia “Cece” Reid-Perry have been part of the Soccer community in Lynchburg, Virginia since 2014 when her son started playing soccer for the YMCA. She has organized several soccer events as well as coordinating with team managers and coaches 2014. Cece will be bringing her many years of administrative experience to FCU to keep this club moving. Kids Choice Sport and Fun Center
he Kid’s Choice Sport and Fun Center in Woodbridge, Virginia, is a sports center focused on the youngest sportsfans among us. Sign up for open play, sports, swimming, day camp, after school programs, or even laser tag. The open play facility includes space for aquatics, bounce houses, basketball, soccer, bubble ball, and even a toddler town. “Parent’s Night” lets the kids have a good time while the parents have a time on the town.
Eastern Premier Soccer League
Unlike some other closed pay-and-stay leagues, the EPSL is a top level amateur league that fully supports promotion and relegation and puts this into practice with the first ever interleague promotion and relegation in the United States by partnering with historic elite local soccer leagues which have produced numerous national champions. This allows clubs to move up the soccer pryamid based on sporting merit.

The National Independent Soccer Association was founded in 2017 with a mission to bring professional soccer to every city in the United States.
